“Clarkes Tree Express was a great service provider. The salesman was readily available and got me a quote within 2 days. The prices were fair and competitive. I had 3 trees needing deadwood removal and trim up, 2 large trees dropped, logged, and stacked. Also, I had large portion of my back yard cleared out. The team showed up early and completed the whole project in 3 hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them”

“Very nice work! They tackled very large and tall trees that were close to homes, fences and electrical lines. I appreciated the conversation before and after they finished the work. They did a great job with the clean up.“
- Beth Miller
“We had a great experience with Clark's Tree Express. The gentleman who came out to give us a quote was knowledgeable, informative and very honest. They came out to perform the service 2 days after a quote. They were early, and sent a crew of 6 + supervisor. Originally, we were advised that it would take 4-5 hours but they cut down 3 large trees, grind the stump and cleaned up in 1.5 hours. Incredibly professional and we are very satisfied with the work done. We've been telling all our neighbors about them! Highly recommend!“

“Arrived on time, very professional, team worked well together to get the job done quickly and left our yard with no debris. When the large trunk fell it landed on one of our sprinkler heads and damaged it. Robert quickly returned our call to schedule for someone to come out to repair it for us. We will definitely use Clarks Tree Express again. 5 out of 5 stars would recommend 👌“

“Clark's provided excellent service. They arrived in a timely manner and were very professional and knowledgeable. They used a type of bucket lift that can fit into a 36" wide gate, which is great for reaching tall trees and for those who don't have large gate openings. They cleaned up all debris and were very reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.“

“Clarks Tree Express did a great job removing a fallen tree from our yard, as well as taking down several others that had the potential to fall. Their work really opened up our yard and allowed for way more sunlight to come through. Both Rob and Chris were more than willing to work with us to make sure that we were getting the best service possible for a fair price. All in all, they removed/took down 4 trees from our yard, and their work has given us piece of mind and a brighter yard."
- Harry Brodsky
“I will definitely use them again. They trimmed and staked my peach trees. The crew was very knowledgeable and the job was properly cleaned up. I have some large trees to remove in February that I will use them for. This company is very easy to work with and it was nice that I did not need to micromanage the job. Thanks Clark’s Tree Express!“

The optimal time for tree trimming/pruning varies depending on the tree species and the goal of the pruning. Generally, late winter or early spring, before new growth starts, is ideal for most trees. This timing reduces stress on the trees and allows for vigorous growth in the spring. However, trees that bloom in the spring should be pruned immediately after their flowers fade to avoid cutting off next year's buds.
A tree might need removal if it shows significant signs of disease, such as extensive deadwood, cracks in the trunk, or fungal growth at the base. Other indicators include structural problems, like leaning towards a structure or having large, dead branches. If a tree's location interferes with power lines, buildings, or is too close to property lines, it might also need to be removed for safety reasons.
If a tree is damaged during a storm, it's crucial to assess the situation safely. Avoid touching the tree if it's entangled with power lines. Contact a professional tree service company experienced in emergency storm damage removal. They can safely remove the tree or any dangerous limbs to prevent further damage to your property and ensure the tree's health if it can be saved.
Stump grinding can generally be performed year-round, as the process is not significantly affected by seasons. However, ground conditions, such as being frozen or extremely wet, can impact the ease of stump removal. Ideally, stump grinding should be done when the ground is relatively dry to minimize landscape disruption and facilitate the removal process.
It's advisable to have your trees inspected by a professional at least once every three years to ensure their health and structural integrity. However, if you notice any signs of disease, pest infestation, or damage, it's important to schedule an inspection immediately. Regular inspections can identify potential issues early, allowing for timely intervention to maintain your trees' health and safety.
At Clark's Tree Express, we're committed to providing you with exceptional tree care services that meet your specific needs. Whether you're looking to remove a hazardous tree, prune for healthier growth, or need urgent assistance after a storm, our team of experts is here to help.
